Custom design:

To ensure your text or graphic looks sharp on our heavyweight 180g cotton, follow these rules:

Placement - Please specify where you would like the image placed. Note our maximum print size is A3 (Center, left or right on the chest area)

File Format: PNG is preferred. If your design has no background, save it as a PNG with transparency. If you upload a JPG, it will print with a white box around it.

Resolution (DPI): Use high-quality images. For a crisp print, your file should be 300 DPI or at least 2000px wide. If it looks blurry on your phone, it will look blurry on your shirt.

Colors: We print in CMYK. Extremely bright "Neon" colors on your screen might appear slightly more matte on the fabric. This is normal for high-end DTG printing.

Small Details: Avoid razor-thin lines or tiny text (less than 5mm tall). These can get lost in the grain of the heavy cotton.

Lead times: Depending on the amount of custom work, and the adjustments needed, custom designs can add an extra day or two to the entire process.

*Please note that all garment measurements are approximate and may vary by up to ±1 cm to ±2 cm due to manufacturing tolerances.
We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to this chart to ensure the best fit.
