Most brands just send your order to a random warehouse. We don't. Every single item is printed, cured, and packed right here in our own shop in Gauteng. We own the machines, we know the ink, and we personally check every shirt before it leaves.
Frequently asked questions
What is the quality of the shirts?
All our tees are 180gsm 100% Cotton, providing a heavyweight, premium feel that holds its shape wash after wash.
What does "180gsm" actually mean?
GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter. While standard promo shirts are usually 135–145gsm (thin and see-through), our 180gsm fabric is the sweet spot. It’s thick enough to feel durable and high-quality, but breathable enough for the South African climate.
Will the print peel or fade?
No. We use a Direct-to-Garment/Fabric (DTG) process. Unlike cheap stickers or heat transfers that sit on top of the fabric and crack, our ink is cured directly into the cotton fibers. This ensures the design remains soft to the touch and moves with the fabric.
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Gauteng! Every order is printed, packed, and dispatched directly from our local shop.
How long does delivery take?
Since we print and cure every item to order, please allow 1–2 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location in South Africa.
Can I return my Item?
If there is a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item, we’ll sort it out immediately. We offer a 30 day return for any defects. For "change of mind" returns, items must be unworn and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Since we print these custom for you, please double-check the size chart! If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll help you through the process (courier fees for exchanges are for the customer's account).
Is payment secure?
100%. We use industry-leading South African payment gateways that are fully encrypted and 3D Secure.
